Service Order Pre-Billing Audits - Updating Charges
Incomplete Order information will not allow editing in the Pre-billing Audit. In this case, the orders selected in the example aren't assigned to a Service Area. Testing orders that have the Service Area listed brings up the Service Codes correctly.
